NEW LIMITED EDITION SERIES FROM TEXAS DRAWS RAVE REVIEWS
A brand new model series hot off the Breckenridge, TX assembly line is drawing praise from retailers and home shoppers alike. It is the new "Limited Edition" series, only recently released, and the first model to be built is the LE-256B. "It a great house at a popular price point, and the early response has been surprisingly good," said Texas Division Sales Manager Chris Allen.
The LE-256B is an affordable 1,680 square foot, three-bedroom home with two baths that, of course, offers the standard Karsten quality features such as builders component cabinet system, 2 ½" crown moldings in the main living areas, one piece fiberglass tub showers, Pioneer metal faucets and china sinks.
Other standard features in the new home include Cempanell exterior siding with OSB backer, full tape and textured walls, and a designer lighting package. The kitchen offers oak finished cabinets, 2-inch by six-inch ceramic tile self edge and backsplash and an 18 cubic foot frost free refrigerator.
The new model also included walk-in wardrobes in every bedroom, huge 20-foot by 14-foot plus living room, spacious 16-foot by 14-foot plus master bedroom, and a large utility room with linen cabinet and space for a freezer. Among the many options available on the new Texas model are a glamour master bath or a Dream Kitchen Appliance Package featuring side-by-side refrigerator, self-cleaning range, pot scrubber dishwasher and built-in microwave, plus an array of color choices for the customer to choose.
The model is now available for viewing at the production facility as well as a number of Karsten retailers throughout Texas.
