How the System Works - Exactly

This is an Internet Tool used by Internet or Brick & Mortar businesses when a Customer or Prospect contacts the Company for any purpose. By its name, it is a Response Tool that will start building a relationship via eMail and will create continual good will with the public.

So, a query comes into the firm, either by phone or via the website... possibly a request for information about the company or the products or services offered.

Someone is going to handle this query in some fashion. And, the handling of this item may require only a few minutes or a matter of days to get a full handling for the Customer/Prospect. Under normal circumstances, this is not an immediate handling. In many cases the employee must look into the circumstances of the query or follow through with certain actions to bring about the desired result of a request.

In addition, most companies, if they are growing even at a "reasonable" pace, have enough incoming communication that there is a time delay in response time just due to the volume to be handled at any given time.

This tool makes the Customer or Prospect more available and accommodating to your communication because it will be the second communication when they are contacted again and the first one was Prompt, Professional, Personal and Friendly.

The individual trained to handle the queries is not the person who should be taking time away from their duties to resolve the issues or handle the queries made. And that is where Your Prosperity Plus enters the scene.

To Out-Source this level of communication with your Customers and Prospects allows your staff to produce more results in each area and makes the individual making the query more suseptable to response... either service, problem solving or sales.

We create the formatted Immediate Response by creating HTML documents with the Company Logo and/or a jpeg that depicts the department that is responding and a picture (jpeg) of the person responding. This creates the impression that the person responsible to take care of that Customer or Prospect is there interested and working on their behalf. The correct perception to bring about the Relationship needed to keep or attain a Customer.

Now, an alteration from website to phone call can be easily transitioned. When an individual calls into the company and is connected with the responsible party. That individual gives a very brief statement to get that Customer or Prospect to provide their name, city, state, zip and eMail address. This statement is scripted and designed to bring about obtaining this data very quickly.

Whether obtained from a website query or from a phone call, this data is immediately provided to Your Prosperity Plus and this Customer or Prospect is sent an Immediate Response with all the pertinent "buttons" to create the "warm and fuzzy feeling" needed for the Relationship Building Process.

Cost Effective Out-Sourcing Communication with IR's

The IR Program is available to all eNewsletter Clients at exceptional savings and is also available as a separate Product/Service of Prosperity Plus at an investment that is extremely cost effective as well.

Prosperity Plus eNewsletter Clients: As a Client utilizing our Delivery Program, you have the Opportunity to utilize the IR Program according to the following Fee Schedule:

Set Up Fee: $200.00 - Includes all programming and administrative fees to set up responders for delivery of the Instant Response Program. This is a one-time fee.

Creative/Production Fee: $45.00 per IR formatted eMail to be delivered - For each Individual in a Client's IR Program; we create and produce an HTML Response eMail to be sent to the Customer or Prospect. This is a one-time fee for that creation and production. Each eMail is structured to respond to the specific type of query made.

Monthly Investment: $150.00 per month - This is a minimum base fee and includes delivery of up to 1,000 IR eMails per month and is on a sliding scale from that point forward.

Instant Response Client (Exclusively): Becoming a Client of Prosperity Plus for the sole use of the Instant Response Program is certainly available. The fee schedule for a Client not using our eNewsletter Delivery Program is as follows:

Set Up Fee: $350.00 - Includes all administrative fees to set up a new Prosperity Plus Client plus all administrative fees and programming fees to set up responders for delivery of the Instant Response Program. This is a one-time fee.

Creative/Production Fee: $55.00 per IR formatted eMail caterory to be delivered.

Monthly Investment: $200.00 per month - This is the minimum base fee and includes delivery of up to 1,000 IR eMails per month. A sliding scale is available from this point forward.
