eNewsletter Programs are established for a minimum of one year from date of delivery of the first issue and are to be delivered a minimum of one-time per month. Based on this schedule, there is a minimum monthly fee for management and delivery of the eNewsletter during this time period.
The starting fee is $250.00 per month and is good for delivery to up to 2,500 subscribers each month. The significance of this could be lost if you do not take a good look at how this works. Fees are based on number of subscribers and not per delivery to subscribers. That being the case, you can deliver to this database of 2,500 up to four additional times per month with no additional fee for delivery.
A good example of this cost effective delivery program is as follows:

1,000 subscribers delivered an eNewsletter or similar document five times in a month is the delivery of 5,000 impressions in a month. At the base monthly investment of $250.00, this is equal to an investment of five-cents per message delivered!

2,000 subscribers delivered five times in a month is equal to 10,000 impressions and breaks down to two and one-half cents per message delivered.
The only additional fees associated with these deliveries would be the cost of creating new messages for delivery and would only apply if Prosperity Plus were needed in creating the copy for the document. *Initial investment may be paid in installments equal to $500.00 initial payment with two additional installments of $200.00 for two months. The one time fee, when paid in full in one payment is discounted by 11.11% to $800.00
**Each eNewsletter created by Prosperity Plus comes with two article categories provided for each issue with full documentation of the data in these categories. Client needs to provide at least two article categories and may provide more based on the Client's needs and desires.
Prosperity Plus can provide additional article categories themed to the business or to part of the identified publics.

Email Template Creation: One-time Investment - $75.00 per template.
Custom HTML eNewsletter Template Design: Minimum $300.00 Investment. This is Included in the Delivery Package (above). However, should you only need a Template, we will provide this on these terms. Fee covers three hours of development time. Each additional hour is $95.00.
Copywriting & Content Creation Services - Generic: $75.00 per Topic Category. Two Categories provided in Delivery Package. These are generic article categories such as Recipes, Games, Inspiration and many others selected for interest generation and entertainment or informative value to the reader.
Copywriting & Content Creation Services - Topic Specific: $125.00 per Article. Many Business Owners and Managers do not have time to provide copy for articles every month for an eNewsletter. However, to build Image, Loyalty and for Branding purposes, it is important to have Industry or Company specific articles on a regular basis. We provide such articles each month with content approved by your Company's Management up to 400 words in length. You save time and money focusing on your business and outsourcing the writing to Prosperity Plus.
